Farcaster's social network just launched native Arbitrum transaction support, and to celebrate this epic integration, Arbitrum x Farcaster is hosting a HUGE $500,000 buildathon called Frame It! This is your chance to shine and be a part of the future of social media on Arbitrum. Get building!

Frame It Buildathon Details

The Frame It buildathon boasts a staggering $500,000 retroactive rewards, with $450,000 dedicated to Frame developers and $50,000 reserved for exciting in-person events like Frameathons, workshops, and meetups. The first Farcaster x Arbitrum Frameathon kicks off in NYC, offering a cool $20,000 in prizes for on-site Frame creation!

Eligibility and Submission Process

• Onchain Component is Key: All Frames must have an onchain component built on Arbitrum One. Frames interacting with Arbitrum Nova or other Orbit chains are also eligible.

• Frame Tooling Welcome: Frame tooling and infrastructure supporting Arbitrum are also welcome entries.

• Originality Matters: Only original developer submissions will be considered.

• Deployment is Crucial: Frames must be live and deployed. Bonus points are awarded for those going viral!

• Review Process: Allow up to 4 weeks for a thorough review of your Frame's eligibility for retroactive rewards. The final reward amount will depend on the Frame's onchain and social impact, along with the remaining budget.

• Epoch System: The buildathon operates on an epoch system. Epoch 1 starts now and ends on June 4th at 12 PM EST. Each epoch lasts two weeks, concluding at 12 PM EST on the last day. The total number of epochs depends on the remaining budget.

• Submission: You can submit your Frame for review here.
